4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain any intellectual property rights you may have in the text prompts you submit. By submitting prompts, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI systems for the purpose of generating images.
Generated Images: Images generated using Punjab92 are provided to you on a royalty-free basis. You may use generated images for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions in these Terms. However, we make no guarantees regarding the originality of generated images or whether they may resemble existing copyrighted works.
Our Content: The Punjab92 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and software are the property of Punjab92 and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PUNJAB92 EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
